Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups Flour
1/2 a cup of Water
Pinch of Salt
3 large Onions
4 Cloves of Garlic
Small fresh Ginger root
5 Green Chili Peppers
1/2 a Kilo of Minced goat Meat
Oil for deep frying
Flour Paste for wrapping
2 tablespoonful of flour
Add 1 tablespoonful of water
Mix into paste
Use to wrap the Samosas into a triangle shape
Samosa Pastry Preparation
Add a pinch of salt to ½ a cup of water
Add 1 1/2 cups of flour
Knead dough with 1 tablespoonful of oil
Place dough on a frying pan without any oil for one minute on both sides
Then cut dough into four sections
Take one piece of the cut dough and give it a shape of cone by folding it from both sides (overlapping one side over another) and pressing them to seal the sides with flour paste.
Make into a triangle- shaped pocket filling ready for stuffing
Mince Meat Preparation
Place minced meat into a small pot
Add the 3 large finely chopped onions together with small ginger roots and 4 cloves of garlic
Add a pinch of salt
Put on low heat and cover pot
Add the green Chilli Peppers one minute before removing the pot
Remove the minced meat when it has turned brown
Samosa Wrapping Final stage
Place the minced meat into the pocket shaped Samosas
Wrap the filling with flour paste
Add Oil into a large Pot
Place five Samosas at a time and remove when golden brown
Put them on a Paper towel to dry
Serve as a Snack with a slice of lemon squeezed on every bite or serve as desired.
